If there is a malware attack within 30 days of receiving our service, and if we fail to remove the malware, you will get a full refund. We will be obliged to refund the payment without any questions. However, if your site is vulnerable to a malware attack, you will not receive a refund. After removing the malware we provide guidance on how you can prevent the site from being hacked by collecting your information. 

Refund Cancellation

Malware Hospital is not responsible if the site is downed by a 3rd party after removing the malware. Refunds will be canceled if any access to the site is with 3rd parties. No refund will be given in case of any unwanted malware attack after 30 days of service. We would like that there will not be any type of malaria attack after receiving the service, but we will try to provide good support subject to discussion.
